The ELF Program year runs September through June, with monthly learning sessions, augmented by a 6 month board shadowing experience and a match with an experienced leader of color mentor.

Now accepting applications year round!

Cohort 10 will run September 2023 through June 2024, with a mix of in-person and virtual learning sessions.  We are currently taking applications for Cohort 10 on a rolling basis – for review in July, with notification of acceptance in early August 2023.

This program requires some time commitment, usually at least 6 hours, and some months as much as 10-12 hours. There is NO cost for participating in the program and all program materials will be provided to participants. Fellows will be expected to be able to travel to some in-person learning sessions and may need to secure early release from work on Friday learning session days. There will be times when you may want to bring your own packed snacks or brown bag dinner to learning sessions.
