An example of courses to choose from:
Recovery Coach Academy
Recovery Coaches support patients, family members, and hospital personnel with treatment and community-based recovery resources.
Health Coaching
Online Self-Paced format with an emphasis on Motivational Interviewing. Approximately 85 hours
Enhanced Care Coordination
8-week asynchronous, online class. Students will also meet in real time on Saturdays for 2 hours to discuss the materials and support each other’s learning. This program is part of the Building Futures Together Program offered through the Institute on Disability for UNH. Depending on enrollment, course is expected to be offered Fall 2024. Child, Youth and Family Systems and Behavioral Health
Learn more about organizations and resources that work towards supporting children and families. This program is part of the Building Futures Together Program offered through the Institute on Disability for UNH. Depending on enrollment, course is expected to be offered Fall 2024. Diabetes Community Care Coordinator
This certificate program is a self-study, self-paced program. There are approximately 11 hours of coursework. There is no CE/CME credit for this activity, but learners will earn a certificate of completion upon successful completion of all components.

A training for CHWs who assist clients in the prevention, management and self-management of chronic conditions.
