Train to become a CHW in New Hampshire and incorporate your new knowledge into team based care opportunities offered in hospitals, medical practices, community health centers and social service settings. SNHAHEC offers a 56-hour training for CHWs. We also offer periodic professional development for CHWs. To learn more about our CHW Training, visit the CHW Training Page. |
