What is Pathways to Smiles?
Pathways to Smiles is a American Dental Education Association (ADEA) for High school students who are curious about careers in dental and oral health and want to explore what the field has to offer.
In 2025, 36 students attended a field trip at the New Hampshire Technical Institute (NHTI) to gain hands on experience and learn about careers in oral health. It was accompanied by two Zoom sessions of additional learning and activities.
In Northern New Hampshire, an additional 6 students studied good oral hygiene, pathways to oral health careers, and did hands on experiments.
