To obtain continuing education credit for Setting Expectations, you must print out the post-test and program evaluation at the end of the module, complete both forms and send them to:

A $5.00 processing fee is required from participants located outside New Hampshire.
This continuing education session has been awarded 1 contact hour by the Southern New Hampshire Area Health Education Center as a provider of continuing education in nursing by the New Hampshire Nurses' Association Commission on Continuing Education, which is accredited as an approver of continuing education in nursing by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
The AHEC is currently seeking approval for CME for these modules.
