SNHAHEC and NHMHC are offering a 54-hour Program in Manchester NH, 22 Bridge St., 2nd floor. The classes will he held on Saturdays from 10am 4pm, for 9 weeks. The classes will run from March 13, 2010 through May 15, 2010. Individuals speaking in demand languages and/or with low income qualify to pay only $500, which includes the manual and screening cost. (The total cost without the scholarship is $600) The scholarships will be distributed as first come first serve till supplies last. Applicants must have High School Diploma or GED and be 18 years of age (by the time of graduation from this program) if attending high school. Each applicant will be screened for English and target language proficiency. Attendance at all classes is mandatory in order to receive a certificate of completion. Individuals interested in this training must complete the form below; include a nonrefundable registration fee of $100 check/money order made out to SNHAHEC and mail to Florentina G. Dinu, Southern New Hampshire Area Health Education Center, 128 State Route 27, Raymond NH 03077. Please include a copy of your High School Diploma/GED, or highest degree available. The balance is due when you pass the screening on the first day of class. Students unable to complete the class can return to graduate during future trainings offered. There is a limited number of spaces and first come, first served policy will apply.
